When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information.

Shipping Agents

Shipping is facilitated through DHL and Canada Post with international shipping available to a select number of countries. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses; a physical shipping address is required for all orders.

Duties and Taxes for Orders Outside of Canada

Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order to be shipped outside of Canada:

  1. Customer Responsibility: All duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with U.S/international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our website.

  2. Variation by Country: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary widely from country to country and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  3. Payment of Fees: These additional charges must be paid by the customer to the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery of the package. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us, in which case the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee that your package will clear customs or estimate the time it may take for customs clearance. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

  5. Restricted Items: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their ordered items comply with their country's import regulations. We are not liable for items seized or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions.

  6. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on duties, taxes, or customs fees paid by customers. These charges are levied by your local government and are not within our control.

  7. Information Resources: For specific information about customs policies and tax rates in your country, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.

  8. Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot alter the declared value or mark the item as a gift to avoid customs fees.

By placing an order for shipping outside of Canada, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer regarding duties and taxes.

Limited Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return and refund policies below:

Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Returns of opened or used items will not be accepted or refunded. All returns are subject to inspection. In the event the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, KMFO reserves the right to withhold the refund payment and keep the returned merchandise. 

Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and will be clearly identified as such in the product listing.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
